So, your band is playing a show on Long Island? Can't wait to send mass text messages or call your friend's phones and tell them what's up?! Get it listed here! Bands playing Punk, Hardcore, Metal and other forms of (what WE consider) good independent music are welcome. Please don't submit singer/song writer stuff unless your name is Ted Leo or Michael "Sport" Murphy. It's not guaranteed that EVERY show will get listed, but we'll do our best to help out. This section will be updated every Wednesday, so submit your listing by midnight on Tuesday.

To submit a listing, email boss@underthevolcano(dot)net with LONG ISLAND SHOW LISTINGS in the subject header, along with the following information:

1. DAY OF THE WEEK
2. DATE
3. BAND LINEUP (IN ORDER OF HEADLINER TO OPENER), WITH A QUICK BLURB ABOUT EACH BAND.
4. TIME THE SHOW STARTS
5. ADMISSION PRICE
6. SPECIFY IF THE SHOW IS ALL-AGES, 18+ OR 21+
7. NAME OF VENUE, WITH FULL STREET ADDRESS AND PHONE #
8. ANYTHING ELSE YOU CONSIDER SUPER-IMPORTANT
